Preface: About 20 Million people lives in Syria Arab Republic on an area of 185.000 square km. The remarkable feature of the Syrian society in the third millennium is the stability of such sectarian diversity and the calm hybrid of the national minorities, which has proven an important spectrum that can’t be ignored in the Syrian society.The last survey on the Syrian population shows that there are 20 million people including 2 million Kurds, most of them live in three governorates, namely; Damascus – Aleppo – Kamshili.

Syria is considered amongst the rich countries given the important geographical location, moderate climate, human stock and vast areas of agricultural lands, huge oil and mineral wealth.

Application of emergency law and martial laws since 1962 until now is the main reason for the deterioration of all societal mobility in different domains, and this issue is at the top of the legal and right agenda aiming to the cancellation of such laws or at least minimizing their scope.
